This is just a portion of the developer's video that Apple showed at its recent World Wide Developer's Conference. I think it would make for a very effective commercial promoting the iPhone.

Assateague is a national seashore and conservation reserve, so commercial and residential structures can not be built at the ocean.  This makes the oceanfront unspoiled, with miles of beach available, for the most part.
