Spotify (an online music streaming service) is in a battle with iTunes for my ongoing music consumption attention. I've become a bit of a gadfly, jumping from Amazon's cloud player, then to Google's Music Beta, only to return to iTunes to purchase music (since I am primarily on my iPhone or iPad). But, Spotify is quickly becoming my go-to music player. I am still using the free version, but I feel a pull towards the premium version just so that I can stream music to iOS devices.
What stops me? I am waiting to see if Apple will come out with a streaming or subscription service.
You should check it out at:

An invite is needed for the free service, but the time from the request to receiving the invite is generally very quick. I got mine in less than two days!
